We are able to restring pearl necklaces and all types of beads, both knotted or un-knotted. Whilst your pearl necklace is being restrung the pearls will be cleaned as a matter of routine in order to remove any grease that maybe on the skins of the pearls.
Your necklace should be restrung once a year if worn on a daily basis to avoid the necklace breaking in wear, and every year and a half if worn infrequently. The reason for this is that all beads are strung on silk, which is a naturally biodegradable product and becomes weak over time.
